Every penny makes a difference

Your generosity can transform the lives of children and families affected by STXBP1. By donating to Climb Snowdon for Adi's Sunshine Fund, you're directly contributing to vital therapies and research. Join us in making a lasting impact.

The impact of your donation

Donations will make a significant difference to the children and families we support by funding therapies and critical research for children affected by STXBP1.

STXBP1 disorders are a result of an extremely rare gene mutation of STXBP1, resulting in a rare neurodevelopmental disorder which is characterised by severe early-onset epilepsy, intellectual and developmental delays including autism spectrum behaviours, speech and communication issues, feeding and digestion issues. Funding for research and therapies is limited in the UK with much of the funding, research and clinical trials only available in the USA.

Why donate to us?

Donating to Climb Snowdon for Adi's Sunshine Fund has a more significant impact because STXBP1 disorders are rare, and funding for research and therapies is limited in the UK. Your contribution directly supports UK children and their families affected by this condition.

How can you donate?

If you would like to help but can't join us in April you can make a one-off donation via our Just Giving page.

Your donations will be used to fund therapies for UK children affected by STXBP1, assist families supporting children affected by STXBP1, and fund research into STXBP1.
